Mission Statement
The Executive Committee shall consist of the CWIB Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, the standing committee chairpersons (Planning, Oversight, Selection and Certification, Claims and Audits, and Marketing and Economic Development), the Youth Council Chairperson, the CEOs Chairperson, and teh immeadiate past CWIB Chairperson. The CWIB Chairperson will act as the Executive Committee Chairperson.
The general mission of the Executive Committee (with the approval of the CWIB and with the agreement or cooperation, as appropriate, of the CEO's) is to:
1. Coordinate activities of the CWIB standing committees, Youth Council, and CEOs
2. Make recommendations to the CWIB and CEOs on general policy matters
3. Act as the Board's personnel committee (as the Board's personnel committee, the Executive Committee will select all senior level administrators and perform yearly evaluations of these administrators)
