Business Service Representatives serve as Crossroads Workforce Center's liason with the area's employers. They will ensure that the products and services we offer meet the needs of the business community.
BUSINESS SERVICES OFFERED AT CROSSROADS WORKFORCE:
- Interview facilities are available for free at the Crossroads Workforce Center for your convenience.
- A free job posting service is available at all of our Crossroads Workforce Centers office locations.
- We can also distribute and collect your employment applications at our site.
- Free legal reviews of your employment application for EEO compliance.
- We will help you to find answers to all of your training needs, whether large or small.
- Mobile training units are available to come to your site to train your employees.
- Employers have access to no-fee referrals of qualified applicants.
- We can assist with your Illinois Skills Match registration & job order placements and help you locate Labor Market Information.
- Our Business Services Representatives will assist you in finding solutions to business specific services that you need and can also refer you to partner programs and services.
